Book Review:

Honestly took me awhile to get into this book because I’ve been having a reading slump lately, but after a few days I really got into it.

Ok, first off I love Sydney - she has my whole heart. She’s so independent, beautiful, smart etc. Her and Ridge are so cute together.

But seriously, some moments made me doubt Ridge so hard like when she asked, “if she texted you she was wrong, would you leave out my front door without a second thought?” He said, yes because my loyalty is still with her. LIKE OMG.

I literally hated Maggie though. Even if she’s sick she shouldn’t have done that to either of them, putting them in that situation. She was right to let him go.

The way they communicated through text because he’s deaf, and when she was mad, she kept throwing her phone but he would always pick it up.

I thought Brigette and Warren were hilarious in this book. They made me smile every time, especially when Warren told her Sydney was deaf, and she would yell at Syd all the time because she believed it.

The way he explained the meaning behind sounds of cedar was just beautify.

Recommendation: 5 stars
